Job summary

Caseware is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to lead end-to-end payroll across overseas markets while administering regional benefits programs. You will collaborate with People Operations and Finance to ensure timely, compliant payroll and benefits delivery, while driving automation and process improvements across the global function.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years’ UK & Netherlands payroll experience, familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce, and a proactive mindset toward AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Accounting/payroll.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries (UK, Netherlands, Colombia), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain payroll data accuracy for new hires, terminations, salary changes and benefits.
• Perform payroll validation, audits, and reconciliations; resolve discrepancies prior to payroll approval.
• Support year-end payroll activities and statutory filings.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers and internal teams on data, reporting and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate payroll processes.
• Support benefits administration including pension, health and insurance; coordinate enrollments and changes.
