Job summary

Ceradis BV is seeking a Regional Payroll Specialist to own operational delivery and governance of payroll across EMEA, the UK and designated APAC entities.

The role requires strong UK payroll and HMRC knowledge, experience with outsourced providers (e.g., ADP), and advanced Excel with ERP exposure (JD Edwards). A CIPP qualification or progression is preferred, with multinational experience greatly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' multi-country payroll experience
• Strong UK payroll and HMRC knowledge
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers (e.g. ADP)
• Payroll accounting, journals and reconciliations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• ERP experience preferably JD Edwards
• Experience working within a multinational organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• CIPP qualification (or working towards)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll lifecycle for regional scope across EMEA, UK and APAC entities
• Manage payroll accounting, journals, accruals and reconciliations
• Ensure HMRC compliance and regulatory reporting
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and outsourced providers to maintain governance
• Drive payroll transformation, automation and continuous improvement
• Develop and monitor payroll KPIs and provider performance
