Job summary

HiringWise is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to own end-to-end payroll for a global workforce across the US and Europe. You will be the central point between the company and its US EOR provider and international payroll advisors, consolidating data into group-level reporting.

You will also manage benefits administration and pension schemes across all countries of operation, with a goal to migrate payroll onto an in-house platform in each country and stand up US payroll on its own system

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience with cross-country coordination and data consolidation.
• Experience coordinating UK and US payroll and liaising with EORs and advisors.
• Benefits and pensions administration across multiple countries.
• Payroll migration or setup for new entities, in-house processing experience.
• Payroll reporting for Finance, month-end close, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Run UK and US payroll cycles end-to-end, validate inputs, and coordinate with US EOR and advisors.
• Act as central contact for European entities running their own payroll and consolidate data.
• Own statutory filings and tax portal access; produce consolidated payroll reports for close and audit.
• Administer benefits and pension schemes across countries; manage renewals with brokers.
• Migrate payroll onto in-house platform; stand up payroll for US entity on its own system.
• Build and maintain payroll rhythm, calendars, SOPs, controls, and knowledgebase.
• Ensure external providers meet timelines; escalate discrepancies before payroll is affected.
• Provide responsive, accurate pay, pension, and benefits support per published standards.
