Job summary

Reddit is seeking an experienced International Payroll Analyst to own and scale payroll operations across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC from a remote UK base. You will manage multi-country payroll inputs, validations, funding, and post-payroll activities while ensuring compliance with local laws and taxation frameworks.

In this role you will partner with in-country providers, lead payroll calendars, and drive Workday-driven automation and reporting to support a fast-growing global workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll operations experience in a high-growth tech company.
• Experience with Workday Payroll and global payroll platforms.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and data analysis abilities.
• Solid understanding of international tax compliance and multi-currency payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage and audit multi-country payroll delivery across 15+ countries, including inputs, approvals, funding, reconciliations, and post-payroll activities.
• Lead payroll calendar and operating cadence across countries, managing cutoffs and risks to ensure timely payments.
• Partner with local payroll providers to ensure compliance with regional schedules and regulations.
• Advise on payroll system configurations, reporting, and automation initiatives using Workday.
