Job summary

Transaction Network Services Communications India Private Limited is seeking a Network Analyst for the Global NOC to provide first-line support, incident management, and escalation across the TNS payments network. You will monitor health, respond to alerts, and work shifts to ensure high availability.

The role requires Linux experience, Fortinet devices, SD-WAN and cloud familiarity, and strong communication with local and remote teams.

Qualifications

Experience in a network operations centre or technical support role.
Experience with a fault tracking/ticketing system (ServiceNow or Salesforce).
Experience with Linux operating systems and command line.
Experience with Fortinet FortiGate hardware and FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer.
Understanding of SD-WAN and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure).
Experience with Cisco routers/switches and IP routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF).
Strong analytical approach to fault-finding and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the Global TNS Payments network and health of connectivity/performance.
Provide 24x7x365 operational support on a shift rota (12-hour day/night).
Log all service incidents and manage tickets through resolution with timely escalations.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party organisations on incidents.
Support change management activities and post-incident analysis.
