Job summary
Arrive is transforming urban mobility. The Payments Issuing Product Manager will lead the evaluation, development, and management of Arrive’s mobility card issuing (physical and virtual), including build vs.
buy decisions, regulatory compliance, and cross‑functional integration for successful market launches. You will partner with Fintechs, card schemes and regional teams to expand capabilities across jurisdictions, design scalable back‑office processes, monitor KPIs, and drive B2B adoption of
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in payments/fintech.
- Direct experience in card issuing and launching new payment products.
- Hands-on with virtual card solutions and mobility card use cases.
- Experience across European and U.S. markets with regulatory awareness.
- Proven ability to scale products with cross-functional execution.
- Strong communication and proactive, collaborative mindset.
- English language proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own issuing strategy and full product lifecycle for mobility cards.
- Define build vs. buy strategy for new capabilities.
- Expand payment capabilities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage external partners including card schemes and fintechs.
- Design compliant operational processes and back-office workflows.
- Lead agile product development with multi-country teams.
- Monitor KPIs and drive growth in B2B card adoption.
