EML Payments is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a complex payments domain across multiple markets, focusing on strategy, prioritisation, and driving commercial outcomes. • 5-8 years of product management experience in payments
• Proven track record owning complex, ambiguous product areas
• Deep understanding of card schemes, authorisation, settlement flows and regulatory frameworks

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for a complex product area, connecting to business objectives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the payments landscape, including scheme economics and regulatory shifts, to shape direction.
• Make strategic prioritisation decisions balancing customer value, revenue, scalability and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual planning, providing input on investments and resource allocation.
• Lead discovery on high-ambiguity problem spaces with structured research to reduce risk.
• Define product requirements for features spanning multiple squads, ensuring coherence and dependencies are managed.
