Airwallex is hiring an Account Executive to join the SME team in London. You will identify opportunities, articulate ROI, and drive end-to-end sales for fast-growing eCommerce, SaaS and professional services customers.

We value curiosity, coachability, and the ability to navigate complex, high-visibility deals across international customers. You will collaborate with product and marketing to accelerate customer adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B software or fintech sales experience.
• Outbound closing experience and ability to build ROI cases for customers.

Responsibilities

• Territory planning: prioritising accounts and pathways through partners or leadership connections.
• Owning outbound strategy: developing new angles and reaching the right people as the product evolves.
• Running a structured sales process and iterating to unpack customer priorities and ROI.
• Forecasting using MEDDPICC to track progress and gaps in deals.
• Implementation and account handover to ensure quick customer adoption.
• Relaying customer insight to product for roadmap priorities and supporting ABM campaigns.
