Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Growth Account Manager to drive product adoption and revenue growth with our SME customers across the EMEA region. You will manage a portfolio, upsell via cross‑selling the Airwallex suite, and collaborate with sales, product, engineering, marketing and finance to ensure customer success.

You’ll engage with cross‑functional teams to deliver value, build long‑term relationships, and leverage data insights to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in an account management, account executive or CSM role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
Demonstrated experience in building customer loyalty and driving increased product adoption with strong track record of hitting KPIs/Targets.
A strong ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment is essential, and previous experience with a high‑growth or globally distributed startup is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Proactive, self‑starter and independent to manage and prioritise own book of business.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify opportunities for product utilisation and upsell within existing customers.
Lead cross‑functional collaboration across sales, product, engineering and marketing to drive growth.
Educate and drive engagement of the Growth portfolio through lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Advocate for the customer and represent their voice inside Airwallex.
Leverage customer data to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and coordinate with teams.
Be the main contact for resolving customer issues with Support and Operations.
