Job summary

CambriLearn is seeking a seasoned Partnerships and Community Lead to own CambriCommunity, coordinating online student communities, events (online and in-person), and a network of partner organisations. The role involves end-to-end partner recruitment, management, events delivery, and performance reporting.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in partnerships or community roles, experience with CRM systems, and a track record of driving engagement and growth across international markets.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years' experience in partnerships, community, membership or programme management
• Experience recruiting partners from cold, covering prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing
• Experience growing revenue or reach through existing partners (co-marketing, cross-promotion etc)
• Experience managing partners or accounts against agreed targets
• Experience planning and delivering in-person events, with responsibility for attendance and budget
• Experience of a member, student, alumni, loyalty or customer community where engagement was measured
• Experience managing a team and a budget, and reporting to senior management
• Experience in education is advantageous
• Experience in youth or family-facing sectors is advantageous
• Experience working with a CRM and with community software is advantageous
• Experience in international markets is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Recruit partner organisations and negotiate terms to close agreements
• Manage partners post-signing against agreed deliverables and quarterly reviews
• Grow value of existing partnerships through co-marketing and cross-promotion
• Plan and deliver online and in-person events, manage budgets and venues
• Manage online student community, clubs and groups with access and moderation
• Define measurement for the programme and provide regular reporting to leadership
• Collaborate with admissions, marketing and academic teams as needed
