Job summary

Sitecore seeks a Partner Marketing Manager to lead joint campaigns with implementation partners across EMEA and APAC, and to drive growth with an international reseller network. You will design multi-channel programs, align them to regional sales goals, and shepherd go-to-market strategies that translate into demand and bookings.

You will partner with regional sales and marketing teams to adapt global content for local markets, measure outcomes, and optimize budgets across MDF and co-op funds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in B2B marketing, with partner or channel focus.
• Experience marketing across international markets (EMEA/APAC).
• Ability to build demand generation and ABM campaigns.
• Strong analytics mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with marketing tech stacks (CRM, automation, analytics).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Align partner marketing to FY27 buying motions and ensure campaigns are tracked.
• Build quarterly plans with EMEA and APAC partners using multi-channel tactics.
• Design scalable partner marketing programs and toolkits for international resellers.
• Drive pipeline and revenue through partner channels with aligned regional objectives.
• Develop relationships with partners and align with partner managers for joint opportunities.
• Coordinate with Regions and Marketing functions to tailor content while keeping brand consistency.
• Measure programme performance and report insights to stakeholders.
• Manage MDF and co-op budgets to maximize ROI.
