Job summary

DeepL is recruiting for a Director of Global Field & Partner Marketing to lead a distributed team spanning EMEA, APJ and North America. You will own global field marketing and partner marketing, defining strategy, governance and measurement to accelerate pipeline and ARR.

The role reports to senior leadership and partners with Sales, Product Marketing and Partnerships to scale impact. You will drive multi‑city events, executive engagements and co‑marketing programs with partners, while building

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of field marketing, events and/or partner marketing in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling owned event programmes with accountability for pipeline outcomes.
• Strong AI literacy and hands‑on experience using AI tools to scale field marketing operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a geographically distributed team of marketers.

Responsibilities

• Lead global field marketing and events across owned formats, third‑party activations, and executive engagements to drive pipeline and product adoption.
• Define and manage the global field marketing strategy and investment with focus on highest‑return formats and markets.
• Lead partner marketing, co‑marketing with channel and technology partners to generate measurable pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing and Creative Studio to align messaging and assets.
• Develop and manage the global partner marketing calendar and performance reporting.
