About the Role:

This is a rare opportunity to shape how Sitecore grows through its partner ecosystem across two of its most dynamic regions. The Partner Marketing Manager owns joint marketing with Sitecore's implementation partners across EMEA and Asia Pacific, as well as our international reseller community—turning those relationships into a powerful, scalable route to market.

You will build and run co-marketing programmes that are deliberately aligned to Sitecore's core FY27 buying motions— including our market-leading CMS SitecoreAI, our AI-powered DAM and Scrunch, the best way to win AI search. Every campaign you launch will be tied to a business problem our customers are actively trying to solve, and to the pipeline and bookings that follow.

The role blends ambitious strategic thinking with confident hands-on delivery. You will work shoulder to shoulder with partners, regional sales leaders and the wider marketing organisation to extend Sitecore's reach through and with our ecosystem, and you will see the impact of your work in the pipeline, in partner momentum, and in the customers we win together. You will take on a broad and genuinely influential remit across EMEA, Asia Pacific and our international reseller network:

What You Will Do:
  • Align partner marketing to the FY27 buying motions: Translate Sitecore's buying motions into partner-ready campaigns, narratives and assets, ensuring every parent campaign is correctly aligned and consistently tracked

  • Build joint plans with EMEA and APAC implementation partners: Develop and manage ambitious quarterly marketing plans with our systems integrators and implementation partners, using multi-channel tactics—webinars, events, digital campaigns, executive roundtables—to create demand and pipeline in-region

  • Support our growing international reseller business: Design scalable, repeatable marketing programmes and campaign-in-a-box toolkits that equip resellers across international markets to generate and progress demand independently, with the messaging, enablement and support they need to succeed

  • Drive pipeline and revenue through the channel: Align every partner programme to regional sales objectives, generating new-customer leads, accelerating pipeline and contributing directly to bookings targets for Sitecore's core and new offers

  • Develop and champion partner relationships: Build trusted, energising relationships with key partners and reseller leaders. Work closely with partner account managers to spot joint opportunities, shape go-to-market programmes and keep partners engaged, informed and invested

  • Coordinate across regions and functions: Partner with Field Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Campaigns and Sales across EMEA and Asia Pacific to adapt global content for partner use, respecting local market nuance while keeping messaging consistent and on-brand

  • Measure, learn and report: Track programme performance against clear KPIs, analyse results across campaigns, regions and channels to determine ROI and best practice, and share regular, insight-rich reporting with internal stakeholders and partners alike

  • Manage budget and Marketing Development Funds: Own the partner marketing budget, including MDF and co-op funds, allocating investment to the partners, markets and motions with the greatest potential for return

What You Need to Succeed:
  • A minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience, including direct experience with partner or channel marketing programmes in the technology or software industry

  • Experience marketing across multiple international markets—EMEA and/or Asia Pacific especially, with genuine sensitivity to cultural and market differences

  • Confidence building campaigns around solution and outcome-led themes rather than product features

  • Demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) skills

  • An analytical and data-driven mindset

  • Marketing technology proficiency: familiarity with modern marketing tools and platforms is required, including CRM software such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, web analytics tools, content management systems, and business intelligence dashboards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the credibility to influence senior partner and internal stakeholders

  • Strategic and creative thinking, paired with the drive to deliver hands-on

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart
  • Experience working with global or regional DXP systems integrators and implementation partners

  • Experience building reseller or distributor marketing programmes at scale

  • Familiarity with Sitecore or other martech and digital experience products

  • Understanding of AI-led marketing use cases, including AI search visibility and digital asset management
