Job summary

Lovable is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing leader to design and execute programs that educate, engage, and enable partners globally. You will coordinate with GTM, product partnerships, sales, and product marketing to launch joint campaigns, drive demand, and scale partner initiatives across connectors and integration partners.

You will define investment models, build scalable marketing programs, and own the partner tiering framework to maximize ROI and pipeline.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• 3+ years managing partner marketing programs or teams.
• Experience with technology, platform, or services partners to build joint marketing plans and programs.
• Experience running partner marketing across a large, growing roster (ISV-style ecosystem).
• Proven ability to influence partner marketing leadership and align on joint objectives and plans.
• Experience shaping joint messaging and positioning with partners.
• Demonstrated experience measuring ROI of indirect, partner-led marketing and administering MDF.
• Deep understanding of the partner channel, funnel, sales cycle, and product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner marketing initiatives across the Lovable partner ecosystem.
• Lead go-to-market efforts with connectors and integration partners, hyperscalers, and services partners.
• Define priorities, investment model, scaling mechanisms, and success metrics for partner types.
• Own and evolve the partner marketing tiering framework and MDF budgets.
• Build intake and prioritization for inbound co-marketing requests.
• Drive scalable marketing and enablement programs for partners across regions.
