Job summary

MR PORTER, part of LuxExperience, is seeking a Digital Performance Executive to manage Paid Search campaigns across global markets from its London base. You will create, test, and optimise campaigns, develop ad copy for always-on and promotional periods, and drive growth through strategic bidding and feed management.

Reporting to the Digital Performance Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data-driven insights, and optimise product feeds and Merchant Center

Qualifications

• 2+ years' hands-on experience managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Ads Editor, and Google Merchant Center; feed management experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of campaign structure, targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and attribution.
• Highly analytical with strong Excel skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proactive and results-driven with a test-and-learn mindset and continuous improvement passion.

Our Digital Marketing Division is now seeking a talented Digital Performance Executive to join the Performance Marketing team at MR PORTER.

Reporting to the Digital Performance Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of Paid Search accounts across global markets. This includes campaign creation, bid strategy optimisation, testing, and planning ad copy and promotions.

Tasks

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Activate, manage, and optimise Paid Search campaigns across global markets to achieve performance goals.
• Plan and execute always-on and promotional campaigns, including ad copy development and testing.

• Partner with Experimentation and wider Digital Performance teams to deliver testing initiatives and share best practices.

• Improve operational efficiency through automation, process optimisation, and documentation of best practices.

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

• 2+ years' hands-on experience managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Ads Editor, and Google Merchant Center, with feed management experience preferred.
