LuxExperience in London is seeking a Digital Performance Executive to manage Paid Search campaigns across global markets, optimise bidding, and test ad copy. You will plan always-on and promotional campaigns, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and improvements.

The role demands 2+ years in Paid Search, strong Google Ads and Merchant Center knowledge, and excellent data analysis and communication skills. Hybrid work with office presence in Westfield, London.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Ads Editor, and Google Merchant Center.
• Experience with feed management and Google Shopping campaigns.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Digital Performance Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of Paid Search accounts across global markets. This includes campaign creation, bid strategy optimisation, testing, and planning ad copy and promotions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Activate, manage, and optimise Paid Search campaigns across global markets to achieve performance goals.

WHO YOU ARE

• 2+ years' hands‑on experience managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Ads Editor, and Google Merchant Center, with feed management experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of campaign structure, targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and attribution.
• Highly analytical, with strong Excel skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a test-and-learn mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Adaptable, organised, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while identifying scalable solutions and automation opportunities.
