PureGym is seeking a P2P Specialist to join our Procurement Team in Leeds on a hybrid basis. You will manage the Medius platform globally, maintain product catalogs, liaise with suppliers, and support the JML process while ensuring governance and DoA structures are followed. Occasional travel within Europe is required.

You will onboard users, administer access, and deliver training while driving process improvements and system automation to enhance procurement operations.

Qualifications

• 18+ months in procurement operations, procure-to-pay systems, procurement administration or finance operations preferred.
• Experience with Medius or similar P2P platform is highly desirable.
• Experience managing user access, approval workflows and Delegation of Authority structures is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written English language skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all catalogues within Medius across global markets, ensuring product information, pricing, descriptions and images are accurate and up to date.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve catalogue discrepancies, pricing issues and ordering failures.
• Support Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML) process within Medius; onboard new users and provide system training.
• Process leavers, deactivate accounts and coordinate reassignment of open tasks and approvals.
• Support supplier onboarding activities and ensure vendor documents are obtained and records established.
• Maintain DoA structures and approval workflows across markets in collaboration with Procurement and Finance.
• Raise and manage purchase orders for CAPEX categories and assist with PO creation.
• Monitor PO creation processes for compliance with procedures.
• Investigate Medius system issues and coordinate resolution with Medius and partners.
• Deliver onboarding, refresher training and user support for Medius users globally.
• Identify opportunities to improve system utilisation, automation and user experience.
• Support integration issues between vendor sites and Medius and assist vendor engagements for integrations.
