PureGym is seeking a Marketing Buyer to support our Marketing function through strategic procurement. The role sits in the Procurement team, split between home and Leeds office, with occasional UK and international travel.

You will lead supplier negotiations, manage contracts and provide commercial guidance to Marketing stakeholders to deliver value for money and a robust supply chain.

Qualifications

• ≥12 months in a procurement role with supplier facing activities.
• Excellent oral and written English language skills.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience handling supplier contracts and renewals.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement projects and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead procurement activities: RFIs, RFPs, benchmarking and direct supplier negotiations.
• Support Procurement Managers on complex strategic activities.
• Ensure contract compliance and mitigate supply chain risk.
• Manage contract renewals and variations; negotiate favorable terms.
• Build relationships with Marketing stakeholders as the go‑to procurement partner.
• Provide commercial guidance on governance, supplier performance and escalations.
• Ensure procurement processes and approvals are followed.
• Maintain supplier records and trackers for Marketing suppliers.
• Contribute to KPIs such as savings and contract compliance.
• Hybrid role with time split between home working and the Leeds office.
• Travel to London ad-hoc and up to 4 times per year internationally.
