Job summary

dSb Recruitment Consultancy Ltd. is partnering with a design-led consumer products business in Greater London to recruit a Logistics Coordinator - Outbound.

You will support day-to-day outbound logistics, coordinating shipments, tracking performance, and ensuring documentation is accurate across UK and international channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive efficiency, maintain service levels and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport coordination.
• Understanding of 3PL warehouse operations and domestic/international carrier networks.
• Experience in a fast-paced, growing business and adapting to changing priorities.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of UK and international shipping procedures.
• Experience using logistics/ERP/WMS systems.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments ensuring on-time deliveries and collections.
• Track shipments and proactively address potential delays.
• Liaise with 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders, couriers and transport providers.
• Work with Customer Services and warehouse teams on returns and stock issues.
• Review logistics invoices against rates and service levels; investigate discrepancies.
• Support domestic and international shipping requirements and documentation.
• Plan for peak trading periods with logistics partners.
• Prepare shipping documentation: delivery notes, invoices, customs paperwork, manifests.
• Maintain shipment and inventory records in logistics systems.
• Monitor transport costs and identify efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with UK and international shipping and customs requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes.
