Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Cybersecurity Global Lead to join our global OT cybersecurity program across DePuy Synthes manufacturing sites. This role develops and maintains the global OT security strategy and standards across sites worldwide.

You will collaborate with IT, engineering, and site leadership to drive standardization, assess risks, and support regulatory compliance while advancing operational resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or IT field.
• Experience in manufacturing OT environments.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles and ICS networks.
• Experience developing global standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global OT cybersecurity strategy and standards for manufacturing network.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, IT, cybersecurity, and site leadership to implement standards.
• Lead evaluation and deployment of OT cybersecurity technologies.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing sites and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct periodic cybersecurity assessments and drive remediation actions.
