Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Cybersecurity Global Lead to shape the OT cybersecurity strategy across DePuy Synthes manufacturing sites. You will collaborate with manufacturing, IT, cybersecurity and senior leaders to standardize practices across global operations.

You will evaluate technologies, drive governance, conduct assessments, and lead remediation to strengthen resilience and regulatory compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in manufacturing OT environments.
• Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles and frameworks.
• Experience developing and governing global standards across sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global OT cybersecurity strategy and standards for manufacturing network.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, IT, and leadership to implement standards.
• Lead evaluation and deployment of OT cybersecurity technologies.
• Provide guidance to sites worldwide ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Conduct periodic cybersecurity assessments and drive remediation actions.
