RS is seeking an Organisation Design Lead to support the Process & Operational Efficiency portfolio, shaping future-state organisational models for global SAP S/4HANA deployment. You will translate standard processes into effective structures, roles, and governance while partnering with Programme Leads, Change teams and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Professional qualification in Organisation Design or Change Management is preferred.
• Experience translating business processes into organisation design and roles.

Responsibilities

• Assess current structures, workforce, roles, costs, and ways of working.
• Lead future organisational design to support processes and SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align design with governance and locations.
