Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an OI Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the day-to-day transformation workstreams within our Operations Innovations program.

You will partner with global leaders to accelerate change, drive end-to-end process redesign, and enable faster, smarter execution across the firm.

This role requires extensive change and project management experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to operate in a complex matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in leading change programs in a global organization (advanced business degree or PM qualification beneficial).
• Experience in change and project management to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to setting direction and create roadmaps for own workstream within broader changes.
• Manage, track and communicate status of workstream efforts, risks/issues, and progress towards goals.
• Partner with workstream leads to develop deliverables and navigate complex issues and change agendas.
• Organize and lead project initiatives within own module, covering change management and technical implementation.
• Define and manage scope for own workstream or module and participate in estimating activities.
• Develop detailed project and resource plans, balancing dependencies and setting dates.
• Manage all aspects of own workstream including requirements, design, development priorities, QA, training and deployment.
• Foster relationships to enable strong teaming and improve project success.
• Build relationships with stakeholders locally, regionally and globally; become a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to an OI culture of collaboration, learning, and analytical insight; mentor junior team members.
