Boston Consulting Group is seeking an OI Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the day-to-day transformation workstreams within our Operations Innovations program.
You will partner with global leaders to accelerate change, drive end-to-end process redesign, and enable faster, smarter execution across the firm.
This role requires extensive change and project management experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to operate in a complex matrix organization.

We enable step-change improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of the firm by accelerating high-priority initiatives sponsored by the Operations Leadership Team and/or our Operating Committee. From technology & AI deployments to end-to-end process redesign, we partner with functional and geographic leaders to re-architect how the firm operates - faster, smarter, and more connected than ever before.

The OI Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of high-priority transformation change efforts, typically owning a defined workstream or module within a broader program.
