Job summary

Navan Signature in London seeks a proactive Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Office of the CEO on a 12-month contract. You will orchestrate global initiatives across Tech, People, and Business units, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

You will lead across transformation programs, partner with executives, and drive unified execution, reporting to the Chief of Staff. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Post-merger integrations, large-scale transformations, or navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional situational awareness, empathy, and listening skills with the ability to build trust and manage sensitive organizational dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Act as connective tissue across global business units to align priorities and drive execution.
• Dive into stalled workflows, working with HR, Marketing, Product, Tech, and CS to co-create practical solutions.
• Build clear roadmaps and executive-level updates; translate complex operational detail into concise communications.
