Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Training Analyst to apply advanced DSAT expertise across analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation for a major naval capability. The role reports to the Training Realisation Manager and involves collaboration with Raytheon UK colleagues and partners.

You will work largely remotely with travel up to 25%, gain BPSS and SC clearance, and lead DSAT-compliant training initiatives while contributing to continuous improvement and learning technology

Qualifications

• DSAT experience and a consultative approach with customer-facing skills.
• Experience delivering DSAT-compliant training and curriculum development.
• Proven ability to present to management and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead training needs analysis, curriculum development, and DSAT delivery.
• Manage stakeholders, suppliers, SMEs, engineers, and OEMs.
• Provide project reporting, presentations, and status updates to customers and management.
• Support procurement, planning, and delivery to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Coach and mentor analysts and drive curriculum change.
