Job summary

TMF Group is seeking a data analytics and process improvement professional to drive operational excellence across the BIIL market. You will partner with HR & Payroll, Accounting, and Capital Markets to identify automation opportunities, design data-driven solutions, and manage projects through delivery and change management.

You will work within the Operations & Technology team to analyze complex datasets, build scalable tools, and ensure adoption with training and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in data analytics, process automation, process improvement.
• Experience in project management, and business analysis, with measurable outcomes.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational processes to identify improvement/automation opportunities and deliver solutions.
• Capture and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and ensure on-time delivery and benefits realization.
• Design scalable data analytics and reporting solutions and drive adoption.
• Organise data from multiple sources for informed decision-making.
