Job summary

G-Research is building a world-class platform from its London HQ, uniting researchers and engineers. This Technology Operations role covers data analysis, process improvement and operational coordination, with end-to-end ownership of recurring reporting and direct engagement with senior managers.

You'll contribute to resilience and operational hygiene, drive initiatives, and work across technology teams in a fast-paced environment that values thoughtful execution and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience owning analytics work end-to-end in a business analytics or operations setting.
• Strong data analysis capability with Python and SQL.
• Ability to think in systems and connect metrics, processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring operational and productivity reporting end-to-end.
• Engage with senior managers on ad hoc data requests and explanations.
• Support operational effectiveness initiatives and process redesign.
• Maintain day-to-day operational hygiene and resilience tasks.
• Flag emerging issues to the Operations Director and collaborate with tech teams.
