Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst - Data Office to translate complex business data needs into actionable solutions for a global data repository and reporting platform.

You will bridge business problems with technology through requirements, process mapping, and functional specifications, partnering with IT and delivery teams to deliver governance, scalability, and analytics-enabled insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, IT, Data, Analytics, or a related field.
Project management certification or demonstrable experience with structured delivery methodologies would be advantageous.
Relevant technology, data, analytics, or IT service management certification (ITIL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure) would be advantageous.
Advanced experience as a Business Analyst within a technology services, data, analytics, reporting, or platform delivery environment.
Advanced experience in business requirements gathering, stakeholder facilitation, use case definition, process mapping, functional specification, and UAT.

Responsibilities

Act as the business analysis lead for data, reporting, analytics, and platform use cases, ensuring business problems are clearly understood and translated into actionable delivery outcomes.
Work with internal stakeholders to determine, document, and validate requirements for the global data repository and reporting platform.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, reporting specifications, data requirements, and operational deliverables.
Analyse current-state processes, data flows, reporting pain points, and gaps; define target-state improvements enabled by data, ETL, data warehousing, semantic models, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
Coordinate validation, user acceptance testing, and business readiness activities to ensure solutions meet agreed requirements and are adopted by end users.
