Oneglobal in London is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Business Operations team. The role supports the Global COO, coordinating operational projects, vendor relationships and system implementations to improve efficiency.

Based in our London office, you will work with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, service standards are met and controls are strengthened. A passion for proactive, practical solutions is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the London (re)insurance Market.
• Ability to manage third-party vendors and supplier relationships.
• Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for vendors, resolving issues and escalating concerns as necessary.
• Coordinate vendor activities to ensure projects and operational initiatives remain on schedule and aligned to the agreed business objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews of vendors and suppliers' performance and identify where change is required.
• Support with vendor and supplier selection, onboarding, contract renewals, and due diligence processes, productivity, and service delivery.
