• FMCG experience preferable.
• Multi-site, multifunction operations experience.
• Building operations during growth.
• International operations experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement systems that provide realtime visibility of KPIs, risks, and progress against North Star metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement programmes across facilities, logistics, supply chain, and group operations.
• Oversee global supply chain performance, S&OP maturity, logistics optimisation, and facilities management.
• Lead adoption of AI, automation, and analytics to enhance forecasting, agility, and decisionmaking.
