Job summary

IDEMIA Secure Transactions (IST) seeks an Operations Contract Manager to drive global contract governance, business transformation, and lifecycle excellence across the Payment Services BU. Based either in Paris or Tewkesbury, you will partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Delivery to align commitments with strategic objectives and risk controls.

This role leads process improvements, KPI discipline, and post-signature governance, ensuring scalable operating practices, renewal and amendment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in contract management, contract operations, commercial management, transformation, or legal-commercial roles.
• Experience supporting high-value strategic projects, complex commercial agreements, and post-signature governance in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of contractual risk management, governance, lifecycle processes, and operating model deployment.

Responsibilities

• Define transformation roadmap for Contract Management and governance initiatives aligned with IDEMIA group priorities.
• Shape as-is/to-be visions for target ways of working across regions.
• Drive digital enablement including Salesforce integration, CLM, dashboards, and workflow industrialization.
• Lead change management across Legal, Contract Management, Sales, Finance, Delivery, Operations, and regional teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs linking contract operations to measurable outcomes like efficiency, risk, visibility, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular leadership reports on contract status, portfolio risks, leakage, governance performance, and improvement actions.
