Job summary

BWD Search & Selection is recruiting on behalf of an international asset management business for an Operational Resilience Lead to advance its resilience and business continuity capabilities. London-based role combines delivery with strategy and governance, working with senior leaders and Boards.

You will unite operations, technology and control teams to strengthen continuity across global services, lead framework development, testing and regulatory alignment, including DORA obligations and FCA

Qualifications

• Experience in asset or investment management with resilience/continuity coverage.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and Boards.
• Strong analytical, project delivery and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business impact assessments, continuity planning and testing, including tabletop exercises at regional and global level.
• Review important business services, map supporting resources, and assess impact tolerances with scenario testing.
• Update resilience policies and self-assessments.
• Produce resilience metrics and reporting for executives and risk committees.
• Contribute to incident response and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Improve oversight of third-party resilience through due diligence and training.
• Collaborate with IT Risk and Information Security on ICT governance, cyber resilience and DORA obligations.
• Translate regulatory developments into practical resilience initiatives across the global organisation.
