You will provide medical leadership as Medical Director, Clinical Research & Development, guiding strategic direction across clinical programs and leading a high-performing team in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in clinical research and development in pharma/biotech.
• Strong understanding of trial design, regulatory requirements, and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership for clinical development programs.
• Lead medical affairs delivery across your portfolio.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, regulatory, and safety teams to drive development programs.
• Review and interpret data from clinical studies and reports.
• Write, review, and QC documents including protocols, amendments, and study reports.
• Serve as Medical Monitor for clinical studies.
• Interpret trial data to inform decision-making and guide development strategies.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and investigators.
