Job summary

Parexel in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader (Senior Clinical Project Manager) to lead delivery for mid to large bio/pharma clients globally.

You will provide cross-functional leadership across trials, manage study plans, budgets, risk, and client relationships, ensuring quality and adherence to ICH GCP. This role offers remote home-based working across the UK and other EMEA locations with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; science/medical field preferred.
• Strong CRO experience and Phase I–III project management.
• Excellent command of English.
• Financial management and client relationship skills; bid defense experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a formal project plan with milestones, budgets and resources.
• Perform initial and ongoing risk management.
• Ensure first-time quality of deliverables.
• Own and manage the client relationship at study level.
• Understand and manage the project P&L including invoicing and change in scope.
• Lead cross-functional project team and represent in client meetings.
• Contribute to SOP reviews and other organizational initiatives.
