• Represent Exail to customers internally and externally.
• Work with offshore vessels and complex navigation/product systems.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams on pre-sale and after-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Exail to customers both internally and externally.
• Perform on-vessel/site support for positioning operations and training.
• Provide remote support across time zones and document customer claims.
• Interact with all Exail teams to move forward support cases and updates.
