Job summary

You should have a life-sciences degree and hands-on PM experience in Molecular Diagnostics or Genomics, with a solid grasp of NGS and the ability to translate customer needs into commercial plans.

- Gather market intelligence and customer insights to identify future opportunities.
- Work closely with commercial, scientific and technical teams to prioritise product developments.
- Support the planning and delivery of new product introductions.
- Create compelling product positioning and customer value propositions.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Produce commercial documentation and support sales enablement activities.
- Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders to understand market requirements.
- Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements.
