Qualifications

Experience in product management of physical devices in biotechnology, life sciences, or medical devices.
Ability to use data to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
Strong cross-functional collaboration in matrixed environments.
End-to-end project management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Act as the voice of the customer translating insights into requirements and priorities.
Develop and deliver data-driven product roadmaps balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with operations and supply chain to ensure product availability and lifecycle sustainability.
Work cross-functionally with R&D, Product Marketing and Commercial for aligned execution.
Develop sales collateral and assist with complex technical queries.
