Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Global Materials Planning & Logistics Leader for a 6-month transformation engagement in the aerospace sector. You will lead end-to-end planning, inventory, and logistics across a global network to improve delivery reliability, data integrity, and operating performance.

You will diagnose gaps, build a roadmap, and drive the change program, establishing S&OP, governance, and cross-functional alignment to create a lean, scalable, and compliant supply chain.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in manufacturing & materials planning and execution.
• Experience in logistics within aerospace or regulated environments.
• Ability to lead transformational change across global functions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and program governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation of global materials planning and logistics.
• Establish robust operating mechanisms including S&OP/SIOP and cadence.
• Improve delivery and material availability by improving schedule stability.
• Drive inventory productivity and working capital improvement.
• Strengthen ERP/MRP planning and data governance.
• Build a high-performing organisation grounded in lean principles.
• Partner across the enterprise to influence strategy and capacity planning.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, export controls and regulatory requirements.
