Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover seeks an Enterprise Network Operations Manager to govern and optimise its enterprise network services. You’ll manage suppliers, drive service governance and lead incident, problem and change management in a global IT landscape.

You’ll collaborate with internal engineering teams and business stakeholders to maintain secure, reliable operations and continuous service improvement, within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience in service management and supplier governance within a complex enterprise.
• Strong understanding of network operations (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/Data Centre) and ITIL-based processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise network services to ensure stable, secure, and reliable operations.
• Govern managed service providers and suppliers, ensuring SLA delivery and performance.
• Lead service governance activities, incident/problem/change management and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, Product teams and stakeholders for smooth service transitions.
• Drive efficiency, resilience and cost optimisation through supplier management and standardised processes.
• Maintain controls, documentation and compliance with governance standards.
