The Lubrizol Corporation in the United Kingdom invites a seasoned Global Manager, Network Operations & Delivery, to lead governance and execution of global network services. You will guide internal teams, contractors, and a third-party MSP while partnering across IT and business to ensure secure, reliable, and continually improving networks.

You will define SLAs, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and drive modernization, automation, and observability across regions.

Formación

• Eight+ years in infrastructure or networking in a large enterprise
• Five+ years in leadership managing technical staff and delivery teams
• Experience leading globally distributed teams across regions and time zones
• Experience governing a third-party MSP or outsourced support
• Experience delivering network projects and modernization initiatives
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, wireless, cloud connectivity, data center networking, and security services
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and financial acumen

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Network Delivery team and contracted resources
• Oversee governance for the third-party MSP responsible for global Network Operations
• Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, service quality, risks, and improvements
• Escalation point for major incidents and critical operational challenges
• Plan and oversee global deployments, upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and integrations
• Ensure delivery work adheres to scope, schedule, budget, safety, and standards
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, PMs, and vendors
• Drive standardization, automation, observability, documentation, and readiness
• Manage supplier relationships and communicate performance to leadership
