Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimise downtime.
• Escalate network incidents from first-line NOC to appropriate teams.
• Carry out network updates/configurations per global standards and IT procedures.
• Audit configurations to meet global standards and plan remediations.
• Plan/patch network device security to latest versions.
