Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of multinational insurance and global service delivery models.
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within multinational insurance.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and client growth focus.
• Strong track record of leading teams of technical experts.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop senior client and broker relationships across the Multinational portfolio.
• Represent the Multinational function at senior forums and contribute to client strategy and retention.
• Partner with global functions to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
• Lead on complex account strategy and proactive issue management.
• Define and execute the Multinational strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive profitable growth through new business development and client expansion.
• Monitor performance using MI and financial data to inform decisions.
• Oversee governance, controls, and compliance across the function.
• Lead and develop a team of 20+ specialists and managers.
