Job summary

Chubb UK and Ireland seeks a senior leader to drive strategy, commercial growth, and service delivery for complex multinational accounts. The role oversees 2,000+ programmes and 11,000+ local policies, leading a team of 20+ technical specialists and managers.

You will partner with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders to shape strategy, retention, and new business while ensuring governance and continuous improvement across the function.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of multinational insurance and complex programme structures.
• Senior leadership experience in a multinational insurance environment.
• Commercial acumen with business development experience.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Change leadership and process improvement experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Chartered Insurance Institute qualification or equivalent desirable.
