Job summary

Multiplier is seeking a Team Lead, Global Mobility to supervise the immigration team, review cases end-to-end, and ensure high-quality service. The role spans in-house and third-party collaborations, focusing on compliance and timely processing.

You will mentor staff, manage projects in the pipeline, support expansion initiatives, and drive performance with KPI tracking. Excellent English communication and deep knowledge of immigration rules are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in global mobility and immigration with deep insights into international relocation.
• Proven track record in supervising and mentoring junior staff, ensuring professional development and high-quality service delivery
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English, to effectively convey complex information and engage with diverse stakeholders
• Strong ability in conducting detailed case reviews and managing complex immigration cases to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Experience in handling escalations and providing solutions for complex cases, demonstrating problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of immigration laws and requirements, aiding in the seamless navigation of legal processes
• Project management skills to coordinate and execute projects in the pipeline, ensuring successful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Supervise the global mobility team, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence
• Oversee immigration and visa cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance and efficient processing
• Conduct case reviews regularly to maintain high accuracy and adherence to legal standards
• Manage escalations and complex cases, providing expert solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Track and report on team performance metrics, such as KPIs, to drive continuous improvement
• Support the global mobility team on ad hoc projects
• Train and mentor new staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed
