Global Mobility Manager in London , United Kingdom

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Global Mobility Manager to lead our international mobility programs. In this role, you’ll manage assignments, relocations, and immigration processes for teams across the globe, including our journalists on the ground. Reporting to the Senior HR Operations Manager, you’ll ensure a smooth and compliant mobility experience that supports both business needs and employee well-being.

You Will:

Lead our global mobility strategy, operations, and process improvement.

Oversee the full lifecycle of international assignments and transfers, from planning through repatriation.

Advise HR teams, managers, and recruiters on global mobility best practices.

Maintain up-to-date documentation and guidelines for each country.

Partner with relocation and immigration vendors to ensure smooth transitions.

Monitor visa, tax, and legal changes to manage compliance and risk.

Support deployments to high-risk locations in collaboration with legal, security, and compliance teams.

Use Workday to track assignments, documentation, and mobility metrics.

Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for program improvement.

Champion the employee experience throughout each stage of the mobility process.

You Have:

Demonstrable experience in Global Mobility, HR, or related roles.

Well-versed in international relocation, immigration, and tax regulations—especially in the UK, Spain, the Middle East, and the Americas.

Strong project and vendor management skills.

You’re detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

You communicate clearly and build trust across teams.

You’ve worked with tools like Workday or other HR systems (a plus).

You’re passionate about supporting people and enabling global teams to thrive.
