The Mobility Specialist is responsible for supporting the Global Mobility Strategy & Business Development initiatives inside Deel to enable a myriad of matters related to mobility.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of subject matter expertise on immigration-related topics and successful collaboration with stakeholders within their respective regions.

This role will report to the Global Mobility Senior Manager of the Mobility Strategy & Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with government officials as needed as well as maintain a forward-looking solutions mindset and approach

Responsible for building and updating the knowledge base for new countries and products as well as training the stakeholders

Mentoring junior members on processes, system and tools

Engage with main internal stakeholders Marketing, Sales, and Product to feedback and identify opportunities to improve client experience as well as alignment for the launch of new countries and products

Be the immigration expert in laws and compliance for local mobility requirements

Manage clients by driving the solution and guiding the stakeholders towards defined business outcomes as well as client satisfaction

Acting as an owner for cross team collaboration by driving actions as well as offering insights

Deal directly with clients on escalations, complex matters, and high-priority cases in a timely, positive, and proactive manner

Manage cases on a routine basis and ensure excellent at customer service

Enable customer centric immigration improvements

Coordinate cross-team strategic projects around compliance, enablement, relationship management

Lead build out of government relations program and premium/recognized sponsor applications/programs

Strategic account support for special projects and/or clients

Support team with expansion to new countries/services/opportunities as well as drive pilots in new markets

Drive special projects related to cross-team efforts

Partner closely with leadership to map, identify and implement key metrics as well and support the team with their revenue targets reporting supporting the success of the programs

Requirements

5+ years of experience working as paralegal and/or global mobility specialist focused on immigration managing high volumes of casework

Experience working in a Consultant/Specialist/Analyst role

Experience with serving clients directly

Experience with project management for mobility/immigration programs

Start-up experience and mindset

Zero to one skills

Full working knowledge of EMEA immigration in two or more locations

Ability to interpret, translate, and communicate complex immigration concepts, processes, and policies to various stakeholders

Ability to recognize the most important priority and find solutions under pressure

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (fluency in any other language is a plus)
