Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex outsourced Global Mobility engagements.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
• Proven track record in profitability and revenue growth for Managed Services.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and delivery of Global Mobility Managed Service capabilities in the UK.
• Oversee day-to-day outsourced mobility engagements with a junior team.
• Act as UK SME for Global Mobility Managed Service delivery.
• Drive practices and technology to scale UK Global Mobility Managed Services.
• Build strong client relationships and support VIP moves.
• Manage profitability of client engagements.
• Lead proposals and market-facing materials.
• Support onboarding of Managed Services scope.
• Enhance end-to-end employee experience.
