Job summary

KPMG is seeking an experienced Director to join Global Mobility Services (GMS) leadership in the South, with roles based in Reading or Bristol. The position focuses on delivering a strong pipeline across Corporate and National Markets client portfolios, while leading complex mobility engagements and strategic growth.

Responsibilities include overseeing mobility projects, driving revenue growth, and managing key client relationships with governance over proposals and budgets.

Qualifications

• ACA/ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent.
• Extensive Global Mobility experience in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead client service teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex global mobility compliance and advisory projects with cross-service line support.
• Drive origination and revenue growth across the South Region and client portfolio.
• Manage senior client relationships and deliver UK and global mobility engagements.
• Foster collaboration across GMS, ES and the People Tax practice.
• Develop market presence and revenue growth plans for existing and new clients.
• Oversee engagement profitability, proposals and budgeting.
