Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Tax Manager for Global Mobility Services, based from Reading or Bristol. You will lead international expatriate tax engagements, manage client relationships, and oversee billing and project execution.

Qualifications

• ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in international tax services with UK expat tax backgrounds.
• Ideally you will also have experience in coordinating UK-led global engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of tax professionals for Global Mobility Services (GMS) clients.
• Maintain and lead strong client relationships and ensure timely delivery.
• Take ownership for finances and billing on assigned engagements.
• Be day-to-day contact for allocated clients, supported by a strong team.
• Provide up-to-date information on GMS developments to clients.
• Advise on GMS issues to ensure smooth, effective operations.
• Work with household-name clients and manage cross-border advisory projects.
• Review of tax returns and related advisory work.
• Coach and develop junior staff and manage performance.
